Delano Residences & Hotel Miami is a new-construction residential condominium and hospitality destination at 400 Biscayne Blvd, Downtown Miami. Marketing describes an approximately 90-story tower — Miami’s second supertall — with 421 residences and the city’s first observation deck on level 83. Estimated 2031 (subject to change). Pricing on request.
The Delano name is used under a limited license from Delano US Opco, LLC. Residences do not convey trademark rights. The project is not owned, developed or sold by Delano US Opco, LLC.
